  1. Afang (okasi)
  2. Waterleaf
  3. Stockfish
  4. Dryfish
  5. Nfi(periwinkle)
  6. Pepper
  7. Maggi
  8. Red oil
  9. Water
  10. Goat meat

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the stocks,

    Wash the water leaf properly

  3. 3

    Blend the afang or pound.

  4. 4

    Add red oil to the stocks and add your afang. Allow to boil and add enough crayfish to it.

  5. 5

    Add your water leaf and bring them down after 3minutes
