Dumpling/Momo/Muntu

Origin may be china.. but nowadays every culture has a dumpling.
I had it in my childhood in Saudi Arabia.. when our Yemeni neighbours used to send us alot as we had good neighborhood. Again in Bangladesh I had with Nepali friends.. it's like their national food. For every occasion they have momo party.🎉🥳
So I learned from my nepali friends how to make momo.

So I learned from my nepali friends how to make momo.
রান্নার নির্দেশ

Mix the flour with salt, oil and water. Knead dough until becomes soft.

Cover the mixture and leave it at room temperature for 20-30minutes.

Now mix the minced chicken with salt, black pepper, chopped green chilli, chopped onions, coriander leaves. And keep aside

Now we will take dough

Divide into half and make a roll

Now cut into small pieces And roll into round shape.. or roll any shape and cut with round covers

Now we will take one spoon of chicken mix in the sheet and wrap.. for example..

Now boil the water in rice cooker when it's warm, brush the net with oil and place the dumplings
- 10
Each batch steam for 15minutes and done & enjoy with sauce.

For sauce.. 4-5tbsp soya sauce, 1-2tbsp oyster sauce, 1 chopped green chilli, 1clove garlic slit into long pieces, 2-3tbsp water.
