Basically this is Maharshtra origin dish but Gujaratis' favourite too. Some people adding some sugar too. Here I'mein with no added sugar version.
Cooking Instructions

Take the pan and add oil. Once the oil is hot add mustard, jeera and asafoetida.

Now add chopped onion, green chillies and curry leaves. Add peanuts, cashews and raisins and saute for some time.

Now add potatoes too. Add salt and turmeric. If you need water, you can add some. I didn't add. Add poha, mix it well. Cover it and cook it on low flame for another 5 minutes.
- 4
Serve hot with wedge of lemon.
