  1. 1 cupsoaked poha
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 4-5curry leaves
  4. 2green chilli slit
  5. 2 tbspcorrinder leaves chopped
  6. as per the tasteSalt
  7. 4 tbspgroundnut
  8. 3 tbspoil
  9. 1 tspmustard seeds
  10. 1 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1 tspmaggi magic masala
  12. 1 tspsugar(optional)
  13. 1 tbsplemon juice
  14. 1 tspginger garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add oil as oil heats add mustard seeds as it crackles add curry leaves and green chilli let it splutter then add onion cook it till it turns pink in colour then add ginger garlic paste mix it. Then add groundnut saute it for few seconds then add turmeric powder mix them all together now add poha salt, maggi magic masala mix them all together let it cook for 2min. Then add corriender leaves, lemon juice and sugar mix everything and turn off the gas. Serve it hot.
