  1. 1 cupspilt yellow gram (moongdal)
  2. 1 tspGinger paste
  3. 1/2 tspsalt or to taste
  4. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  5. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  7. 1onion finely chooped
  8. 1 cuptomatoes finely chopped
  9. 1 tbsppeas
  10. 2 tbspGrated carrots
  11. 2-3 tbspcube of cheese
  12. 1/2 tspeno or baking soda
  13. 2 tbspOil

    First of all, put the soaked dal in the grinder and grind it finely. Now, put it in a bowl. Now add some water and make a medium paste. Now mix all the spices and vegetables in the paste of dal. Add eno in and mix them.

    Now put the appe pan on the gas. When slightly heated, you will apply oil with a brush and put a paste of lentils with a spoon, now keep a cube of cheese then add a spoon paste. Now add oil to it and roast it from both sides. Fry till both sides turn brown.

    Now healthy moongdal aape is ready to serve.
