Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsgreen moong dal(soaked for 2 hours)
  2. handfulgreen coriander leaves
  3. 2green chillies
  4. 1 inchpiece of ginger
  5. 1 pinchasafoetida
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 2 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixer jar add soak dal and all ingredients, (leave the oil) now add little water mix it well and grind it properly.

    Now heat the appe pan on medium heat, grease with oil and fill the appe mixture in pan.

    Then covered with lid for 5-6 minutes then flip it and apply the oil in all and again covered it for 3-4 minutes.

    Now it is ready moong daal appe for serving.Then serve it hot with nariyal chutney.
