  1. 1 cupmoong dal soaked
  2. 1 tspGreen chilles
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 2 tbspCoriander chopped
  6. 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  7. 1 pinchsoda
  8. As neededOil
  9. 1 tspMustard seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Soak Moong dal for 4 to 5 hours remove excess water and coarsely grind batter. Add chopped onion, coriander, salt, greenchillies, black pepper powder.

    Heat Appe Pan put oil, mustard seeds, pour batter cover with lid, cook till it turns golden Brown and cook from both the sides.Serve with chutney.
