Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupMoong Dal
  2. 1Green chilli
  3. 1/2 inch ginger
  4. 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  5. 2 tbspchopped onion
  6. 1chopped Green chilli
  7. To tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak dal overnight.

  2. 2

    Rinse well and grind with ginger and green chilli.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion and coriander leaves add salt.

  4. 4

    Heat Appe pan and put few drops of oil in each part put a small amount of batter into the Appe pan.
    Cover and cook on both sides till golden.

    Serve with chutney
