Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFlattened rice
  2. 1small chopped Onion
  3. As per taste Salt
  4. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  5. 2Green chillies
  6. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  7. 2 tsproasted peanuts
  8. Pinchsugar
  9. 1 tbspoil
  10. 2 tsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash flattened rice or thick poha under running water. This makes it softened.

  2. 2

    Add turmeric, salt, little sugar to the washed poha and mix well.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, chopped onions,roasted peanuts, green chillies. saute for few seconds. Onions should be crunchy but not translucent or overcooked.

    Add the poha and mix well. Add lemon juice to it and serve warm.
