Ingredients

  1. for kanda poha
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1.5 cuppoha
  4. leavescurry
  5. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  6. 1-2green chillies
  7. salt sugar as per taste
  8. 1/2 tsplemon
  9. leavescoriander
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 2-3 tbsproasted peanuts
  12. for sheera
  13. 1/2 cupsemolina
  14. as neededwater
  15. to tastesugar
  16. 1 tspcardamom
  17. 2 tbspdry fruits optional

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    For kanda poha 1st wash the poha in a running water and let it dry

  2. 2

    In a kadai add oil heat it dein add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli chopped let it change the colour a bit dein add onion fry till pink

  3. 3

    Add poha turmeric powder, salt sugar, roasted peanuts, coriander leaves and lemon juice and stir and cook till it's done

  4. 4

    For sheera in a pan add ghee cardamom and dein water be careful while adding water

  5. 5

    Add semolina, sugar, colour dats optional and let the water gets dry and it's ready to serve.
