Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cuppoha (beaten rice)
  2. 1/2 cupchopped onions
  3. 1/4 spoonturmericpowder
  4. 1 spoon mustard seeds
  5. 2-2.5 spoonroasted peanuts
  6. 10-12curry leaves
  7. 1 spoongreen chilli
  8. 1 tspsugar /as needed
  9. as per tastesalt
  10. as requiredchopped green coriander leaves
  11. 1 spoon lemon juice /as needed
  12. 2-3 spoon grated coconut/as required

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse poha in water till they soften. Now add salt sugar termiric powder mix gently.

    Heat oil in pan / kadai add oil mustard seeds add onions saute till transparent add curry leaves

  3. 3

    Add green chilli chopped saute add roasted peanuts add poha stir and cover steam for 2 min.

    Switch off flame open lid sprinkle some lemon juice green coriander leaves grated coconut give gentle stir.

    Serve hot with roasted papad tea coffe yougrt.
