Ingredients

  1. 200 gmpoha
  2. 2onions
  3. 2 tbsppeanuts
  4. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  5. 1/2 tspturmaric powder
  6. 1 tspchat masala
  7. 2green chilli
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. To tastesalt
  10. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and siak poha.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add mustard seeds when crackle add chopped onion and saute it.

  3. 3

    Now add green chilli and all spices saute for 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add soaked poha and lemon juice and mix it well.

  5. 5

    Add fried peanuts and serve hot.
