  1. Beans
  2. Smoked fish
  3. Halfripe plantain
  4. Vegetable oil
  5. Red oil
  6. Crayfish
  7. Fresh pepper
  8. Onion
  9. Seasoned salt
  10. Garlic
  11. Ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the beans for 20minutes.rinse it and boil water and pour in the rinsed beans.

  2. 2

    When is boiling well,grate ginger and garlic and put it with sliced onion.boil the beans till is soft,put crayfish,salt,seaoning,fresh pepper and rinsed smoked fish after 10minutes.

  3. 3

    Stir and pour in red oil cover to boil for 10minutes and stir.

  4. 4

    Fry the plantain with vegetable oil,sprinkle salt on it before frying.
