In a pan, heat the oil and fry the onions until golden brown.

Add the chicken pieces to the pan when the onion is golden brown, and then add salt and chili powder and stir to cook.

Once the salt and chili powder is mixed, add the onion, ginger and garlic pastes and stir to cook again. Once the chicken is lightly cooked, add turmeric and 2 teaspoons of cumin powder and stir to cook in high heat.

After 3-4 minutes of cooking, add some water (based on the amount of gravy you want to have) and close the lid and let it cook for 5-6 minutes until water level reduces. Add some cumin powder and stir to cook until the chicken is fully cooked.

Once the chicken is fully cooked, add 2 tea spoons of cumin powder, the chilies, and close the lid for 2 minutes and then it is ready to serve!

Loitta Shutki Vuna
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and garlic. Fry them until soft.Then add garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin paste, salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder. Saute' for 1 minute, reduce the heat to medium. Dry fish has a lot of salt. So be careful about salt.Now add boiled shutki and stir for 1-2 minutes.If you feel salty then add more onion.It is your personal preference.Use mustard oil which makes the shutki to different taste and makes it so delicious.
