Soak mashkolai daal overnight or 3/4hours

Wash and blend well till smooth

Add salt,red chili powder, chat masala,onion,green chilis,mint leaves and add water to make a thick smooth paste,blend well.

Boil water on a pan, Fry boras in oil well till brown, then soak them into the hot water till soft

Take a serving dish,add the sweet curd,sour curd,salt and sugar.Next make a paste of green chillies,garlic and mint.Add this paste to the curd,blend well,soak the boras and serve with red chili powder
