This is a no stove recipe . A very healthy dessert. It contains only 3 gm of carbohydrates. Chia seed is a very good source of fiber. Matcha , green tea extract is considered power house of anti oxidants.

  1. 1/4 cupchia seeds
  2. 1 1/2 cupscoconut milk
  3. 2 teaspoonsmatcha green tea powder
  4. 1/2 tablespoonhoney
  5. Optional toppings: fruits

    Take chia seed and coconut milk.

    Mix everything together in a large bowl. Set inside refrigerator for at least 2 hours. I placed overnight. Serve on separate cups.
