This is a no carb, almost no oil recipe. Very healthy and very tasty.

Split the chicken in half, such as one side connected and other side separated

Chop veggies

Insert the veggies inside the chicken

Secure the open part of the chicken with two toothpicks
- 5
Marinate the chicken with desired spices

Spray a pinch of oil on a frying pan and place the chicken

Fry until golden brown 2 sides for 2 minutes (this is optional step, I did this for the glossy tempting look)I decide to cover the pan to avoid oil spraying in the kitchen.

Put on a baking dish over aluminum foil

Take out when cooked completely after 10 minutes, remember to take out the toothpicks before cutting.

Cut in desired pieces, serve with salad and/ or rice
