  1. 1 cupPaneer cube
  2. 3/4 cupDiced onion
  3. 1Capsicum diced (red/green)
  4. 2tbspMustered oil
  5. 2tbspGhee
  6. 2 and 1/2tspGarlic and ginger paste
  7. 1 and 1/2tspKashmiri chilli powder
  8. 1/2tspTurmeric powder
  9. 3tbspTomato ketchup
  10. 2Cardamoms
  11. Salt-according to taste
  12. 2tspAmchur powder
  13. 2tspKasoori methi
  14. 2-3tspChaat masala
  15. 1cupLiquid milk
  16. Sugar-according to taste
  17. 2 tbs of cream (for garnish)
  18. Butter cube(for garnish)

রান্নার নির্দেশ

20-30 mins
  1. 1

    Take mustard oil in a pan and fry paneer cubes for 1-2mins. Keep aside the fried paneer cubes.

    After that fry the diced onion with the cardamoms in the left over mustered oil.

  3. 3

    Add garlic and ginger paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Toss for few minutes with some warm water.

    Add tomato ketchup and capsicums, cook for a while. After that add liquid milk.

  5. 5

    Chaat masala, amchur powder and crushed kasoori methi and let the flavour release.

    Then mix fried paneer into the gravy and cover for 5 mins. Add sugar.

    Finally garnish with some fresh cream and butter cube.
