  1. 2 handfulpoha
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1/4 tbspeach musterd seed, cumin seed, red chilli, turmeric
  4. 1green chilli
  5. as per tastesalt
  6. 2 tbsp groundnuts
  7. as required Lemon juice optional
  8. 1chopped potato optional
  9. as required Coriander leaves

    Take a poha in bowl, add some water, drain it, keep aside

    Now heat k pan add 1tabs oil, offer heat ing firstly add ground nuts, fry it and take out in a palte, now add green chilli, crackle it,add cumin n mustard seed,add onion in it, saute 2 min now add dry spice turmeric powder, red chilli powder,add soaked poha in it,

    Mix well, add ground nuts, and salt again mix well, after 2min remove from gas, garnish with green coriander leaves,add lemon juices, enjoy
