Ingredients

  1. 2 cuppoha soaked (20 minutes)
  2. 2big size onion chopped
  3. 2big size potato chopped
  4. 2-3green chilli chhopped
  5. 1boiled and chopped potatoes
  6. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  7. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 table spoonoil
  10. 1 table spooncoriander leaves chhoped
  11. 2 teaspoonlime juice
  12. 1/2 cupboiled green peas

Cooking Instructions

    1 kadhai m oil garam kijiye and add mustard seeds curry leavs, and green chilli. Ar achhe se bhun lijiye.

    Ab onion add kijiye Golden hone tak bhuniye haldi ar boiled potato dalkar bhuniye. tomato add kijiye ab boiled green peas daliye thoda bhuniye.

    Ab isme poha add kijiye 2 min chalaiye salt add kijiye pani ka cheenta dekar 5 min dhakkar pakaiye. flame ko off kar dijiye ek bar achhe se pohe ko lime juice dalkar chalaiye.

    Hara dhaniya dalkar serve kijiye.
